1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Our working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping transit time is 5–8 business days after your order is shipped. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, customer refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for new shipping fees for re-delivery.
